Terms of Service

Effective June 2026 · HALP network

1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and House And Land Packages Pty Ltd (ABN 92 631 641 408) (“HALP”). By accessing or using Beveridge North East or any HALP network site (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

HALP operates a network of marketing and marketplace sites for new-home communities, connecting buyers with advertisers, developers, brokers and agents. Content is provided for general information only.

3. User Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for the accuracy of your information, keeping credentials secure and all activity under your account.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You must not misuse the Services, including: providing false information; interfering with security; scraping or unauthorised data extraction; posting unlawful, misleading or infringing content; or using the Services to send unsolicited communications.

5. Property Listings and Information

Listings, prices, images and floorplans are supplied by advertisers and may change without notice. HALP does not warrant accuracy, availability, price or timing of any listing. Confirm all details with the advertiser before acting.

6. Business Directory Listings

Business directory entries are provided by third parties. Inclusion is not an endorsement.

7. Payment Terms

Where a paid service applies, payment terms will be presented before you commit. All fees are payable in AUD unless stated. Refunds are governed by the specific service agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trade marks, logos and software on the Services are owned by HALP or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute content without permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HALP disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HALP's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Before commencing proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith.

12. Inquiry Flow

Property listing enquiries submitted through a listing route directly to the advertiser. Contact Us, Join Us and Advertise With Us forms are handled by HALP.

13. General Provisions

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. HALP may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Definitions

“Advertiser” means a developer, builder, agent or business publishing content on the Services. “Content” includes text, images, floorplans and data. “Services” means the HALP network sites and features.
