House And Land Packages Pty Ltd (ABN 92 631 641 408) (“HALP”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the HALP network of community and property websites, including Beveridge North East. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Name, contact details, buyer profile, deposit range, property preferences and other information you provide when registering, enquiring or transacting.

Device, browser, IP address, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

Where lawful, we may receive information from advertisers, brokers, real estate agents and analytics or advertising partners.

Information you provide about others

If you provide information about another person (e.g. a co-purchaser), you confirm you have their consent.

3. How We Use Your Information

To respond to enquiries, connect you with advertisers or brokers, operate and improve the sites, personalise content, send marketing (where permitted), maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

We may share information with: the advertiser or agent for the listing you enquired about; HALP-partner brokers and service providers; analytics and advertising vendors; and where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
