Land, estates and what's being built.
The Beveridge cluster spans 5+ PSPs at different stages. Here's what's selling, what's in delivery, and where BNE sits in the sequence.
What you can buy into today.
Established golf-course community on the south of the cluster.
Mid-cluster delivery with first town-centre frontage.
Largest active PSP in the cluster, multi-builder.
This precinct — Mt Fraser foothills, eastern edge.

From house & land to medium density.
The cluster will deliver detached homes, townhouses, terrace housing and small-lot product — typology mix tuned to the catchment.
Employment land coming online.
The Beveridge Interstate Freight Terminal (BIFT) — connecting to Inland Rail — anchors significant industrial employment on the western edge of the cluster. Add the planned RMIT campus, the town centre and population-serving retail, and BNE inherits a local jobs base most greenfield PSPs don't have on day one.
Open to volume builder partnerships.
The HALP Network is a marketing and demand-aggregation channel across the corridor. If you're a volume builder, land developer or display village operator interested in BNE, talk to us early.
